Mothers are under pressure of urbanization and nuclear families, managing work and raising children. The young generation has an awareness of the father's participation in raising children, but practically it's not easy. If parents find it difficult to take care of children at home without the daycare or feel isolated from the society, they become afraid to have more children and even suffer from postpartum depression. Eventually this leads to their own children and the whole family to distress and pain. Local society has so far been mostly concerned with child abuse or handicapped children, but not so much in supporting childrearing at home. Now local society needs to support families in childrearing through providing information, counseling, and a place for interacting with their children. If you live where the stroller is inaccessible or even where there is no place for playing outside with your kids, it is probably not a congenial local society to live in. As the world is changing, we see a need for new plans and paradigms in childrearing.
